The Strings IV
You are a robot, incapable of love and affection. I dared to change your mechanical ways and reprogram you to love me back. It failed, and through my failures I grew. You, being a robot and all, had no failures only malfunctions. The thing with failure is it hurts more knowing you will always fail than failing itself. The realization I would always fail when it came to you was the tears that piled up so high I drowned.
I finally escaped this ocean, my love, but you are a robot. Robots can’t swim. It’s inevitable you’ll break and I’ll be far, far away by then. I’m sorry I broke you but you brought me down.
